to provide complimentary expert assistance for a wide array of

You’ll get the best of both worlds: a sophisticated early warning system and live, on-demand expert advice whenever you need it.
In addition, should identity theft occur in spite of all precautions, you’ll receive personalized identity theft resolution,
working directly with a dedicated fraud expert from Identity Theft 911 until the crisis is fully resolved.
This powerful combination of automatic detection and expert resolution makes Identity Credit Monitoring Services(SM)
the most effective identity theft solution available. Quick discovery and rapid response are critical to minimize the risk
of identity theft. With Identity Credit Monitoring Services(SM), a sophisticated monitoring system looks for

your personal advocate, guiding you through the resolution process, step-by-step, until the
problem is fully resolved. Whether you have a serious identity theft crisis or simply need to take
preventative measures regarding a lost or stolen wallet, your advocate will cut through the red tape so
you don’t have to struggle on your own.
Customers will receive:

assistance after any suspicious activity

to a highly experienced fraud resolution specialist from Identity Theft 911® who is dedicated to assist
with rapid replacement of sensitive documents and emergency authentication for customers who have lost
personal, legal or financial documents after a hurricane, tornado, earthquake, or other natural disaster,
including a flood or home fire. The fraud specialist will help expedite emergency documentation, assist
you with accessing your financial institutions and securing your records, and contact your insurance companies,
your employer—even family and friends. Should the need arise, Identity Theft 911® can also establish a center
of communications between Farm Bureau Financial Services customers, their family and all relevant parties.
Additionally, in the event your identity is compromised as a result of the disaster,
your personal Identity Theft 911® advocate will remain by your side, taking measures to prevent further
damages and clear up any fraudulent activities on your accounts. For details, please refer to the
