| Step three is to access your account information by logging on to FBFS.com with your newly created username and password. |  |
| When prompted, enter the four-digit activation number sent in the e-mail and click "Submit." |  |
Once you submit the activation number, you will see a “Thank You” screen for registering with FBFS.com. Near the bottom of the screen is a link labeled, “Click here to view your personalized account page.” Click the link to view your policy information. |  |
