This prestigious ranking is based on an independent survey of more than 18,000 U.S. consumers, who evaluated insurance providers they’ve worked with over the past three years. Respondents rated companies on key factors including customer satisfaction, loyalty and overall recommendation. These ratings were converted into score values and aggregated to determine the final rankings.
Out of 3,100 insurance companies nationwide, only 93 earned a spot on this year’s list. Farm Bureau Financial Services is honored to be recognized in four categories:
