Dedicated to Service

Destructive late September flooding impacted many residents in Arizona. Work to assess damages and rebuild will take time, but our teams are working hard to deliver on our promise to protect the livelihoods and futures of our client/members. The following information is for residents of Gila County.

Extended Grace Period Premium Payments

We are offering a grace period of up to 90 days for any premium owed on or after the September 27, 2025 effective date of the emergency declaration by Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs and the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions. Following the grace period, client/members will be offered the option of a six-month payment plan to catch up on premiums owed. During this time, fees and penalties related to late payments or non-sufficient funds will be waived.

Temporary Postponement of Cancellations and Non-Renewals

We are temporarily postponing our cancellation and non-renewal practices for client/members in the affected areas described above. We anticipate this postponement to be effective through December 26, 2025.
