The information above is for our customers with claims in Arizona, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Mexico, South Dakota and Utah. Outside these states, please contact your agent.
To help make the filing process smoother, please have the following documents ready when you contact your agent or claims representative:
- Address of Insured
- Policy Number
- Date of Damage or Injury
To view your claim status and the contact information for your assigned adjuster, you may log in to our website using your username and password. Click on your policy number, then the “View Claim History” link on the left side of the page. If you don’t have online account access, our easy registration process takes just a few minutes!
