There for You When it Matters Most

From the time you report your claim to your final payment, you can expect us to be there when you need us. To protect your health and that of our employees, we will be making some small changes to our claims process and wanted you to know:

  • You don't need to go to your agent's office to report a claim. You can call our toll-free claims center hotlines:
  • We will be utilizing new technology to inspect some losses virtually to reduce social contact. You may be asked to help us take photos of the damage if you are able.
  • We are offering electronic funds transfer for single-party claims payments to reduce exposure to the mail and to get money in your hands faster.
  • Our employees will not enter your home or business if you are ill or immunocompromised. Please let your claim professional know of any health considerations or if you don't want them entering your home or business. We will be glad to work with you to find other options.

For information on your specific claim type, visit our auto claims, home and property claims, or life and annuity claims pages.
