How to File a Claim

Farm Bureau Financial Services offers three convenient options for reporting a property claim for customers with policies issued from our coverage area (Arizona, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Mexico, South Dakota and Utah):

To help make the filing process smoother, please have the following documents ready when you contact your agent or claims representative:

  • Insured’s Name 
  • Address of Insured 
  • Policy Number 
  • Date of Damage or Injury

To view your claim status and the contact information for your assigned adjuster, log in to your FBFS.com account and go to the claims overview. If you don’t have online account access, our easy registration process takes just a few minutes!
