Hello, my name is Dawn Pullen, I am licensed in Property/Casualty Insurance and Life Insurance. I work as an Account Executive within the Clarinda office. I have a passion for helping people in any way I can, whether they walk through the door or call in to the office for assistance. My husband and I have 5 children, Evan and Xander who are grown and on their own, then Ryder, Jaelyn, and Kanon are still at home. We are very busy running to all their activities and adventures. We love to bowl with the kids, spend time with family, and traveling.

My name is Ty, and I dedicate most of my time to Crop, LRP, and PRF insurance, helping producers protect what matters most.
After serving our country in the United States Navy, I attended Creighton University, where I graduated as a Paramedic. Service has always been at the core of who I am—I spent many years volunteering with the Shenandoah Fire Department and was proud to help co-found the Cadet program to mentor the next generation. While continuing my work in emergency services, I earned my Critical Care Paramedic certification and went on to serve and retire after 17 years as Director of the Shenandoah Ambulance Service.
Today, I’ve brought that same dedication to serving others into my wife’s agency, where I’m committed to supporting our agricultural community and helping protect livelihoods across Southwest Iowa. When I’m not working, my wife Elizabeth and I stay plenty busy keeping up with our three kids and all the activities that come with them.
