Meet Fred

I am proud to be part of the Farm Bureau Family, a company that still values the personal in-home service where understanding your family and personal needs, giving us a unique insight to your protection.  My team and I look forward to delivering on our commitment, helping you protect what’s most important you, life, home, business and retirement.  Count on our experience and resources to help determine the insurance and financial strategies that best meet the needs today and objectives for tomorrow.  A little bit about me:
  • I have been an agent with Farm Bureau Financial Services since 2001.
  • My background and experiences are unique.  Having grown up within the farming and cattle industry gives me that personal understanding of the agricultural challenges facing our farmers and ranchers.
  • I also have years of experience in both public and private education as well as being the Facility/Transportation Coordinator for 13 Head Start Centers.  Prior to this, I was the Director of a non-profit health clinic and served on the boards of several not for profit agencies & programs.
  • I received my B.A. from the University of St. Thomas and earned my M.Div. from St. Meinrad Archabbey and School of Theology.
  • My husband and I enjoy camping and entertaining.  When I can, I’m always juggling a book or two, refining my skills or finding a moment to recede within the pages.
  • Both personally and professionally, I serve within the deaf community, doing my best to provide direct and personal service by using sign language.  Whether it be insurance related or personal, I always enjoy assisting others with their day-to-day challenges by being their personal advocate or accountability partner.
  • What I enjoy most is developing long-lasting relationships because within the diversity of my past, I’ve realized relationships and personal connections are key to meaningful work and livelihoods.
