Meet the Team

Marcy joined Farm Bureau in June 2021 and is originally from California. Before moving into her current role, she owned a custom cake business in California. Prior to that, she worked as an agent for a financial company and also served as a personal assistant to a real estate broker. Marcy is very family-oriented. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies, cooking, visiting Disneyland, and watching the sunset at the beach.

Courtney graduated from Utah State University with a degree in Finance and an emphasis in Personal Finance. During her studies, she developed a strong interest in helping individuals make smart, confident financial decisions. Her academic background included coursework in budgeting, investing, insurance, and retirement planning. Since January of 2025, Courtney has been part of the Farm Bureau team, where she supports client service operations and works closely with Mick Poulsen to help ensure a smooth and personalized client experience. She’s especially drawn to the role life insurance plays in protecting families and supporting long-term financial goals.

Courtney is passionate about continuing her growth in the financial services field, with a personal goal of becoming a financial advisor in the future. Outside of work, you’ll find Courtney outdoors—camping, hiking, fishing, and backpacking with her 6’10” redheaded husband. Together, they’re always on the hunt for new board and card games to try.
