Our tuition reimbursement program pays 75% of the cost of continuing education upon successful completion of pre-approved college courses.
Each month employees can choose to spend time with senior management. Over coffee and a donut, employees meet with company leaders to ask questions. Buddy lunches provide the opportunity to get to know other employees and management in a more casual setting.

Health and wellness is important to our employees, so it’s important to us. At some locations, including our West Des Moines home office, we offer on-site wellness facilities. Employees, their spouse and children over 13 can use the indoor track and workout equipment at no charge. Wellness classes, fitness programs and personal fitness counseling from trained professionals are also available.
