Opportunities for Students

Our internship program offers the opportunity to gain real world experience, right now. This is your chance to learn about future careers and gain valuable experience. We work with colleges locally and across the nation to provide a rich learning experience for our interns.

Internships at Farm Bureau

As an intern at Farm Bureau, you’ll work on a team in your area of interest. And we have plenty of teams to choose from, including information technology, actuarial, accounting, customer service, underwriting, claims, sales, marketing, and many more. Gain real world experience, network and meet people throughout the organization, and get immersed in the company culture. During your time with us, you will really understand how you could make a long-term difference.

BOLT

We have a special internship opportunity for students studying Information Technology (IT) called BOLT, or Building Opportunities through Leadership and Technology. The award-winning program is a student-led team internship designed to help students gain experience in leadership, project management, and of course technology.  As a member of this program, you will have a variety of assignments, with mentors and points of contact to lead and support you in working as a member of an Agile development team.

Are you ready to take your internship experience to the next level?
