Hello, my name is Robert, “Bob,” Mars, and I became a part of Cindy’s team in September, 2015. One of my real joys in life is working with people. I have been able to do that for many years as an educator, and for the last four years as a licensed insurance sales professional. I truly appreciate working with the professional, dedicated staff that Cindy has put together to offer the highest quality knowledge, friendly atmosphere, and customer service which is second to none. My goal as a part of this team is to consistently provide real help and outstanding service to each of our clients.
I am responsible for the phone calls to current clients to schedule Super Check appointments as well as other functions that keep our client's accounts current with all the available discounts.

My name is Levi and I joined Cindy’s office in August of 2022. I like being part of a team of hard workers that are able to communicate and understand each other while also having their own separate talents. This office is amazing at helping others while being able to build off each other and provide the best possible service. I like to help maximize everyone’s proficiency in the office by doing whatever I can to help including answering the phone, sorting files, and helping with projects.
I enjoy my time outside work by golfing, kayaking, or just relaxing inside and reading when the weather stops me. One of my favorite activities is catching aquatic animals. When I finally get home all my dogs, and especially my cat, are waiting to say hi and demand treats.
Outside of work, Madison and I enjoy outdoor activities such as walking, riding bikes, and playing with our blue heeler dog, Henry. I also thoroughly enjoy mowing my lawn.
After coming from a farming community in South Dakota, I graduated from South Dakota State in Textiles & Design. During my transition years, I have had experience in Entrepreneurship, Customer Service, and High-End Sales. In this new role, I am excited to help clients navigate the insurance industry with confidence and clarity.
I enjoy helping others and building strong relationships with future clients and their insurance decisions
When I am away from the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, including 3 grandsons who are a very big part of my life here in Des Moines. I enjoy snow skiing, hiking, knitting, and traveling.

Some of my passions include helping people feel informed and confident when making important decisions. I believe in being approachable, honest, and dependable, with a focus on creating trust and providing reliable support.
Outside of the office, I enjoy staying active by spending time with friends and family, trying new restaurants in the Des Moines Metro area – even though nothing can beat Texas Roadhouse or Olive Garden, spending time in Ames to tailgate and watch Iowa State Football, or finding good TV shows or movies to watch. With time, I plan to explore many other hobbies, interests, and goals.
